ROOMS & RATES
The seventeen guest rooms, including three suites, are located on the second and third floors of The Inn. Each room is furnished either with one queen bed, two twin beds, or a king bed and all offer a private bath. Our rooms range from a quaint, Maine Island style to Simply Elegant. The suites include an adjoining sitting room in which a couch can open to a double bed to accommodate up to two additional guests. Many of the Inn's rooms afford guests beautiful views of The Inn's garden and the placid Castine harbor.
Guest Room Rates:
- Peak season room rates range from $105 to $295 per night for two guests
- $5 less for a single guest
- $20 extra for each additional guest
- Off peak rates are available
- Please ask about our return guest discount.
- We happily recognize AAA and AARP members as well as active duty service personnel.
Breakfast:
- Each morning from 8:00 - 9:30 a.m., guests are treated to a full, complimentary
breakfast with choices such as:
- Apple Bread French Toast
- Blueberry Pancakes with Lucerne Maple Syrup
- Corned Beef Hash with a Poached Farm Egg, or a
- Local Goat Cheese Omelette with Fresh Herbs.
- Lighter options are also offered including:
- Cereals
- Homemade granola
- Fresh fruit
- Whole milk organic yogurt, and
- Dried cranberry scones
- Croissants, or JT's Alomnd Glazed Cinnamin Rolls
- Those guests wishing to take a stroll in the garden or watch the sunrise before breakfast
can help themselves to coffee and tea at 7:15 a.m. in the front foyer.
20056 Season:
- April 28th through October 8th
Restrictions:
- During July and August, and other specific times of the season, a minimum stay of
two nights is required
- Non-smoking property, including the porch and gardens
- Children eight years of age or older are welcome
- We are unable to accommodate pets
- For the sake of quiet and relaxation, there are no phones or televisions in The Inn's
guest rooms, however, a large television and a computer are available in the wine studio on the first floor of The Inn.
Deposit/Payment:
- A deposit by personal check valued at one night's stay is required to confirm a
reservation.
- We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, personal check, and travelers check for final
payment.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
- We gladly refund deposits if we are notified of the cancellation at least ten days in
advance of your arrival, or on shorter notice if we are able to re-rent your room for
the length of the original reservation.
Reservations:
- We encourage you to contact us by telephone to make reservations and inquiries
relating to specific dates. As availability of our rooms changes daily, we are better
able to accommodate your needs if we speak with you directly.
